PETS

• Our pet policy prohibits pets from entering the Flora complex, except in exceptions where the pet is accompanying a blind person.

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Each reservation is confirmed with a pre-paid deposit of 50% of the total amount for the stay.

• A request for available dates does not mean a reservation has been made.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• In the case of cancellation of a reservation confirmed with a deposit up to 40 days before the arrival date, the HOTEL can refund the deposit free of charge and 100%.

• In case of cancellation of a reservation confirmed with a deposit after the fortieth day before the date of check-in, a penalty of 100% of the deposit to save the dates is formed. The amount of the deposit in this case is not refundable, but can be used for a future period within six months after the date of cancellation, the HOTEL not being responsible if there are no available dates or if there is a change in the accommodation prices.
