Prices and conditions for renting the villa
Monday - Thursday
Up to 10 people
per day
* An additional charge of EUR 32 per day applies for each additional guest exceeding 10 guests.
EUR 16 / per night
* The children’s rate is valid when a minimum of 10 adults are accommodated and for a minimum stay of two nights.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Up to 20 people /include adults and children/
per day
* An additional charge of EUR 36 per day applies for each additional guest over 20 guests.
* Villa Flora is available for a minimum stay of two days in weekends.
EUR 18 / per night
* The children’s rate is valid for groups of more than 20 guests and for a minimum stay of two nights.
* For the period from 01.06 to 01.09, guests of the complex can use the outdoor pool, sunbeds and umbrellas.
* The SPA area is included in the price for the villa in all seasons.
* Prices are not valid for national holidays
* You can book the villa for a minimum stay of two nights.
* Pets are not allowed.
* The villa is rented for private use only to one group and no other persons are allowed. The price of Villa Flora includes:
- Dining room for entertaining and dining with a capacity of up to 40 people with an equipped kitchen /refrigerated showcase, microwave oven, toaster, hot water kettle, ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, all kinds of crockery, plates, utensils, crockery, etc./ and equipped bar/ ice maker, automatic coffee bean machine, frappe machine, various types of drink glasses, etc./
- A smaller dining room overlooking the garden of the house, with board games and a seating area.
- Relax center (panoramic warm relaxation pool with a temperature of 34-36 degrees, jacuzzi for up to 6 people with a water temperature of 34-36 degrees, steam bath, infrared sauna)
- Outdoor barbecue area with dining area
- Parking with video 24/7.
- Use of free Wi-Fi and digital TV
- Air-conditioned rooms and central heating
- During the summer season (01.06-01.09) – summer garden with seasonal outdoor pool with water bar, tent with panoramic view, deckchairs and umbrellas

All massages are suitable for both deep relaxation and recovery after active mountain hikes. They help improve circulation, reduce stress and muscle tension, tone the muscles, and leave you feeling light, refreshed, and revitalized.

All massages are performed by an experienced therapist, ensuring maximum comfort and personalized care.
