Prices and conditions for renting the villa
Sunday-Thursday
* Additional payment of 50 BGN per day for each additional guest over 10 people.
/ valid for a minimum of 10 adults/
Friday and Saturday
per day
* Additional payment of 60 BGN per day for each additional guest over 16 people.
* Villa Flora is available for a minimum stay of two days in weekends.
/ valid for a minimum of 16 adults/
* For the period from 01.06.24 to 01.09.24, guests of the complex can use the outdoor pool, sunbeds and umbrellas.
* For the period from 02.09.24-31.05.25 the relaxation area of the house is available to guests
* Prices are not valid for national holidays * On weekends the complex is available for a minimum stay of two days.
* Pets are not allowed.
* The villa is rented for private use only to one group and no other persons are allowed. The price of Villa Flora includes:
- Dining room for entertaining and dining with a capacity of up to 40 people with an equipped kitchen /refrigerated showcase, microwave oven, toaster, hot water kettle, ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, all kinds of crockery, plates, utensils, crockery, etc./ and equipped bar/ ice maker, automatic coffee bean machine, frappe machine, various types of drink glasses, etc./
- A smaller dining room overlooking the courtyard of the house, with board games and a seating area.
- Relaxation center (panoramic warm relaxation pool with a temperature of 34-36 degrees, jacuzzi for up to 6 people with a water temperature of 34-36 degrees, steam bath, infrared sauna)
- Outdoor barbecue area with dining area
- Parking with video surveillance
- Use of free Wi-Fi and cable/digital TV
- Air-conditioned rooms and central heating
- During the summer season (01.06-01.09) – summer garden with seasonal outdoor pool with water bar, deckchairs and umbrellas

From preparation to serving food, setting up the dining room, and cleaning up afterward, we will ensure your event runs smoothly so you and your guests can enjoy every moment.

Horseback ride to the monastery of Saints Peter and Paul

We booked the complex for team building and had a great time. Everywhere is very clean and well maintained. We ordered food from the hosts and everything was very tasty. The spa center was warm and we used it very actively. The complex is great! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, see you again!
